very poor customer service! The minute you leave they put a second lock on, hoping to get that extra 20$ from you (late fee)

Extremely expensive and they are crooks. I paid my rent on time for 6 months and probably only used the unit for a month. I left my lock on there the last time i pulled my boat out of there not knowing if i would be back and instead of cutting my lock off they took my security deposit. Go somewhere else for sure.
Very nice units, clean and the owners are a joy to deal with. Prices are good.
They go into storage units when you are gone
My payment is due on the 5th of each month.. I made arrangements with owner a week prior to due date, stating father was in ICU and he was ok with me paying on the 7th (2days late, as long as i added that late fee to it) we then spoke again on the 4th and again the 5th. He was very concerned about me not giving my notice and moving out. so he lied to me and decided to lock it on the 5th anyways.
Great storage facility!!! Units are Clean and the owners are easy to work with! They do a great job at keeping the grounds and buildings looking sharp! Never have any problems... we know our stored items are safe and secure at all times!!!
